Treatment Facilitator reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for a variety of accounting, data entry, record keeping, working hand and hand with the Dental Assistant and Dentist educating patients and treatment planning. • Schedules patient treatment appointment to meet daily and weekly practice goals
• Handles patient finances, collections and insurance claims
• Maintains patient records and coordinates patient flow
• Opening and Closing procedure
• Following office policy
• Outstanding patient service
• Educating patient on Dental Procedures
• Promotes a safe, pleasant, and harmonious environment for staff, doctor, and patients.

• Work closely with the dentist, patient, family and other health professionals using a consultative approach.
• Clinical documentation and recordkeeping
• Digital and Manual X-ray's
• Perio Maintenance Programme

• Promotes a safe, pleasant, and harmonious environment for staff, doctor, and patients

Qualifications:
